6 YEAR INTERNATIONAL
WARRANTY STATEMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING MODELS
PRO 200, 450, 700, 970, 3400-1, 3600, 5000, UV 550, UV 550AT, UV 1100AT, UV
2700, UV 4000, UV 6800, HVAC UV 560
1. Crystal Air warrants that Crystal Air ozone generators will be free from
defects in material and workmanship for a 6 year Period. The warranty period
begins on the date of purchase. The original invoice is required as proof of
purchase.
2. If an ozone generator is found to be faulty, Crystal Air will either repair
or replace the faulty ozone generator at no charge provided that it is returned
to our head office in BC, Canada, transportation charges prepaid and properly
packaged as to ensure that the equipment arrives safely.
3.To obtain warranty on your Crystal Air ozone generator contact Crystal Air
prior to shipping the unit to obtain proper return procedures and an RMA (return
material authorization number) number, see bottom for contact info.
Exclusions
-Damage caused by misuse, neglect or lack of regular maintenance.
-Cost of installation or removal of the equipment.
-Mica plates and UV tubes are limited to 6 months warranty.
-Wall transformers for DC powered units are warranted for 1 year.
-Damage caused by improper packaging or shipping procedures.
-Extra charges incurred as a result of improper packaging or shipping
procedures.
-Shipping to and from Crystal Air.
CRYSTAL AIR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO EQUIPMENT OR PROPERTY, LOST
PROFITS, OR COSTS DUE TO USE OR MISS USE OF ANY CRYSTAL AIR CANADA INC. PRODUCT.

- Answer: Yes, it is good world wide.

- Question: How long, from the time I
send my generator back, does it take to get warranty work done?
- Answer: It normally takes about 5-8
business days as long as it is sent back on air shipping. If ground shipping
is used it will take closer to 10-14 days.

- Question: How long is my warranty,
I bought my machine years ago?
- Answer: If you purchased your
machine before 2002 the warranty is over, if you purchased after Jan 2002
the warranty is 4 years, if purchased after Feb 2006 the warranty is 6
years.
