I just wanted to thank you for the quick service! I ordered a DC Pro 950 (which I got in
one day, from BC to Tulsa, OK) and the power cord was missing. I called and I had one
the next day @ no charge.

Don’t find service this good anymore.

Last year I purchased two units from you. The Auto-ozone & the Ductzone. I was just introduced to your co. from a friend and we both agree it's one of our best finds on the net, or anywhere for that matter.
Between the two of us, we had used quite an impressive list of air cleaning products & have some knowledge on the subject. For myself, I believe not only are these two units two of the best purchases
I ever made for my car & home, but considering the quality for the price, perhaps two of the best things I've bought in a long time. For example, compared to the cost of the former company's ozone purifiers I used ( one on each floor of my house--2 total ) I saved more than 50% ! That confirms your company's brilliant idea of giving the customer what they really want: air purification & not all the fancy cabinets & other unneeded extras. And to think that every time my hot air heat blows a stream of ozone purity comes with it! One other
compliment--- the service & time you guys take on the phone to educate & etcetera speak volumes in backing up the true quality you're selling.

I'm pasting a message I posted on a BBS in Montreal which I hope you enjoy and makes you allot of money you deserve.

Since I smoke a lot and don't dust and clean enough, the air quality in my space is lousy for anything alive except germs. There is a two-pronged attack for any quality of indoor air. I've been enjoying
the first prong for a little over a week. I'm speaking of an ozone generator. Ozone actually destroys mold, mildew, bacteria, and gas molecules that emit odour. Ozone turns into harmless CO2, which is
beneficial to plants in the day, to accomplish this. When there is no longer any odour, and the possibility of excess ozone exists, one simply turns off the generator, and half an hour later, most of the
ozone decomposes into surplus oxygen. I don't know if it's because my system is no longer fighting bacteria or it's the surplus oxygen in my space, but I've had allot more energy from day one, and I'm
losing weight that I want also. The second prong, which I'm waiting to arrive, is a negative ion generator. It charges dust and finer particles to cling to surfaces which leaves absolutely nothing floating
in the air.

Wow! I'm so impressed. I got the unit yesterday, and it's working fantastically. Flood damage to the house has made the smell unbearable.

Thank you for repairing/replacing my ozone generator. You make a great product but even more, you have a great attitude. I have been in business for myself for 45 years and I know a great "corporate attitude" when I see one.

I was sceptical but desperate.  Our cats (3 large males and a female)  were
locked in the finished basement by a sitter, and decided to use the carpets
as a litter box.  I found you on the web, talked to you on the phone and
took a chance.  Using the C20 and the Pro 3400 was nothing less than
amazing.  I followed your instructions to the tee, and it worked.  When I
cleaned the damaged areas, I drenched them with water and then extracted as
much of the cat urine as I could.  I was appalled at the amount of peeing
these guys had done down here.  I treated this with the C20, and as you
warned, it smelled worse than the original damage.  I ran dehumidifiers and
fans, and when it was dry did the ozone thing for 2 four hour treatments
over a couple days.  No ozone for over a week, and even with the humidity
higher in the basement this last week, the smell is gone.  Thank you for a
great product.

If you ever have a sceptical cat owner, let them read this!!!  It Works!!!
