sending your Crystal Air ozone generator back for repair
1. Please call, email, or fax us
for an RMA# before sending anything back to us.
2. Please do not use UPS or FedEx ground service. They often fail to tell you
that if you send a parcel to Canada on ground service they will charge the
receiver a ridiculous fee for brokerage. If you use our courier service, or the
postal service it will cost much less.
3. Ensure that you pack the unit well, preferably in the original packaging and
include your full address, phone number, and an explanation of why you are
sending the unit in. 4.
Place the following statement on the shipping waybill: "RETURNING TO
MANUFACTURER FOR REPAIR"
