The ATS-O3S has 2 relays inside and 2 set points. With these 2 relays you can have an alarm that comes on at, for example say 0.050 ppm and then set up the other relay to turn off the ozone generator when it gets to 0.100 ppm. The Levels that the relay turns on and off at are individually settable in 0.001 ppm increments. So if 0.100 ppm is the desired control level you would normally set the unit to turn off at 0.110 and to turn back on at 0.090 ppm. Both relays have a NO and NC connection so they can be used for either turning generators off or to turn exhaust fans on. Ozone sensor: Solid state, (HMOS sensor technology) With digital heater control for high accuracy - inexpensive alternative to spectrographic analyzers. Ozone reading: LCD display. LED lamps that change color from green to red indicate the status of the control relay. Dimensions: 230 mm high x 178 mm wide x 82mm deep (9” x 7” x 3 ¼”) powder coated aluminum cabinet with key holes for wall mounting. Power: 120V/50-60Hz or 230V/50Hz, 12W Ambient Temperature: No lower than +1°c and no condensation (condensation can damage electronics). Internal O3 level setting: Typical 35 ± 1 ppb (parts per billion) Installation: Wall mounted for indoor ozone reading. The unit may be wired to shut down ozone systems, or start an additional fan for the ozone room ventilation. Limitations: The internal sensor may not function properly in the presence of oxidative gases such as Chlorine. In these cases, use a spectrographic ozone analyzer. Operation: In conjunction with controllers, mixing systems, and other equipment approved for the application by then engineering department. Warranty: 1 year limited - excessive dust may limit the life of the sensor.
